‘As you like it’ Salad Dressing
with Garden Salad

Ingredients
Salad dressing
- About ½ cup olive oil
- A splash of balsamic vinegar
- Heaped teaspoon of Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard
- Dollop of liquid honey
- A squeeze of lemon juice
Garden Salad
- Mesclun salad leaves
- Fresh mint, chopped and mixed through leaves
- Your favourite cheese, chopped
- Carrots, chopped or diced
- Sunflower seeds
- Seedless grapes, halved
- Red pepper, sliced
- Celery, chopped
- Avocado, sliced
Method
- Put all dressing ingredients into a jar or dressing shaker and give it a good shake. Increase or decrease the amount of ingredients – ‘as you like it’.
- Use dressing straight away or store in the fridge for your next salad (it improves with sitting).
- Serve with garden salad.
