BBQ Chicken

with Honey Mustard Glaze

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken pieces
Marinade
  • ½ can (approximately 230g) tomato sauce
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
Glaze
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon Colman’s Original English Mustard Powder

Method

  1. Place chicken in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well to blend. Pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Turn chicken occasionally.
  4. Drain off chicken, reserve marinade for basting.
  5. Grill chicken over medium heat for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade and turning frequently.
  6. Combine honey and Colman’s Original English Mustard Powder and brush on chicken just before serving.
