BBQ Chicken
with Honey Mustard Glaze
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 8 chicken pieces
Marinade
- ½ can (approximately 230g) tomato sauce
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Glaze
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon Colman’s Original English Mustard Powder
Method
- Place chicken in a shallow dish.
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well to blend. Pour marinade over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Turn chicken occasionally.
- Drain off chicken, reserve marinade for basting.
- Grill chicken over medium heat for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade and turning frequently.
- Combine honey and Colman’s Original English Mustard Powder and brush on chicken just before serving.
