BBQ Lamb

in Mint Marinade

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 NZ lamb steaks or NZ lamb chops
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ lemon, juiced and zest grated
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
    (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix up the marinade in a low dish.
  2. Add lamb and mix around meat until fully coated in the marinade.
  3. Cover and leave dish in the fridge overnight (ideally) but 2-3 hours marinating time is still okay for an impromptu meal.
  4. BBQ your meat as normal. Enjoy!
