BBQ Lamb
in Mint Marinade
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 NZ lamb steaks or NZ lamb chops
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ lemon, juiced and zest grated
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
(or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary) - Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Mix up the marinade in a low dish.
- Add lamb and mix around meat until fully coated in the marinade.
- Cover and leave dish in the fridge overnight (ideally) but 2-3 hours marinating time is still okay for an impromptu meal.
- BBQ your meat as normal. Enjoy!
