Colman’s Mint Dumplings
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 50g butter
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce
Method
- Sift dry ingredients and add butter to make a crumb mixture.
- Add water and Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce.
- Form into dumpling shapes (add extra flour if too sticky).
- Cook on top of a crock pot lamb casserole for 30-40 minutes.
