Colman’s Mint Dumplings

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 50g butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce

Method

  1. Sift dry ingredients and add butter to make a crumb mixture.
  2. Add water and Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce.
  3. Form into dumpling shapes (add extra flour if too sticky).
  4. Cook on top of a crock pot lamb casserole for 30-40 minutes.
