Dijon & Chilli Marinade
with Pork Stir Fry & Rice Noodles

Ingredients
Dijon & chilli marinade
- ½ cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Colman’s Dijon Mustard
Stir fry
- 300g thinly sliced pork
- 2 cups sliced snow peas
- Spring onions
- Red capsicum
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 1 small chilli, sliced
- Sesame oil
- 225g cooked rice noodles, drizzled with olive oil
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients, pour over sliced pork, and leave for 1 hour.
- Heat sesame oil in frying pan or wok; add drained pork (keep marinade).
- Sauté for 1 min, add 2 cups sliced vegetables and a little marinade, coriander and chilli.
- When cooked, spoon over rice noodles.
