Ham, Gruyere & Mustard Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 x slices white toast bread
- Butter
- Fresh coriander or basil leaves
- Sliced gruyere
- 6 x chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 6 x slices honeyed ham
- Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard
Method
- Preheat panini or toasted sandwich maker.
- Butter bread and place buttered side down.
- Divide ingredients between the two sandwiches.
- Place top on buttered side up, toast.
- Serve with coffee and a morning paper.
