Luscious Lamb Burgers
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 500g premium lamb mince
- 1 tablespoon Colman’s Original English Mustard
- 1 chilli, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 large handful breadcrumbs
- 1 handful freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, whisked
- A pinch of salt & pepper
Method
- Fry the onions until soft.
- Add the onions to all the other ingredients and mix well in a large bowl.
- Shape into burgers, placing on greased paper and place in the fridge for half an hour.
- Fry on the barbecue until cooked to your liking.
- Serve on fresh crusty bread rolls, with salad and the sauce of your choice.
