Luscious Lamb Burgers

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 500g premium lamb mince
  • 1 tablespoon Colman’s Original English Mustard
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 large handful breadcrumbs
  • 1 handful freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • A pinch of salt & pepper

Method

  1. Fry the onions until soft.
  2. Add the onions to all the other ingredients and mix well in a large bowl.
  3. Shape into burgers, placing on greased paper and place in the fridge for half an hour.
  4. Fry on the barbecue until cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve on fresh crusty bread rolls, with salad and the sauce of your choice.
