Minted BBQ Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 8-10 loin lamb chops
- Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce
Cucumber mint sauce
- 150ml plain yoghurt
- 1 cup shredded telegraph cucumber (seeds removed, squeezed dry and chopped)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 15 ml Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, seasoning last.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Brush chops with some Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce on both sides. Stand for 15 mins to let flavours develop.
- Heat BBQ and cook chops until still a little pink. Rest meat.
- Serve with cucumber mint sauce and salad.
