Monster Meat

Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Colman’s Original English Mustard
- ½ cup white vinegar
- Good splash HP Sauce
- Parsley
- Cracked pepper & sea salt
Method
24 hours before the BBQ
- Crush the garlic.
- Combine Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard, Colman’s Original English Mustard, white vinegar, garlic, parsley and HP Sauce. Stir well.
- Coat the meat with the mixture and place in an airtight container, store overnight.
Next day
- Set BBQ to an extremely high heat.
- Season both sides of meat with salt & pepper.
- Sear until medium rare.
