Pattie Perfection

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 500g mince
  • 1 teaspoon Colman’s Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Marmite
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • Mixed dried herbs (to taste)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. BBQ until cooked.
  3. Serve with either a fresh salad, vegetables, and/or a burger bun.
